We're a small group of friends who have setup Midlands Music Community to help other bands and musicians, and secondly people who wish to see live music in our part of the country.

We're biased. We're all about Guitar-driven rock-music and accompanying sub-genres, and we feel this is what is going to make us different; we're not interested in writing about bands from London, and neither will you see anything about Rap, R&B, Dance yadda yadda. Expect any content here to be specific to the Midlands.

We want to make Midmus the most widely used tool for promoting amateur and semi-professional live gigs within the UK Midlands. If you are a promoter, part of a band, own a music venue or pub that hosts bands you can add your gig listings to our Gig Guide and inform everybody when there's a decent nights music entertainment.
